I took a vacation up to see Santa's village
Took my guitar so we could sing Christmas songs
I was welcomed by Santa with a handshake and a chuckle
He said I'll show you around Lad
Keep up and follow me
There's a lot to see so won't you come along
For such a large man he was spy on this feet
But he was eager to show me around
He showed me the stables and I got to meet Rudolph
We walked through the entire Christmas town

The elves made me cocoa in his workshop
I watched them making the toys with such cheer

Working hard cause Christmas Eve's growing near
The whole place was a splender
Even though it was winter
